How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is free for all Luxury Beauty products.


Where does Luxury Beauty ship to?

Luxury Beauty is currently shipping to the contiguous United States. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or P.O. Boxes.


How long does shipping take?

Shipping is one of our top priorities. We guarantee orders are shipped within 48 hours of being received.

Items are delivered 2–10 days of order placement.


How can my customers track their order?

Shipping confirmation emails with tracking information will be automatically triggered when the brand ships the order to your customer.


What does the shipping notification look like for my customer?

All email notifications sent to your customers will automatically pull the existing template set up in your Shopify Notifications. You can view your template by going into your Shopify Admin, clicking Settings and then Notifications.


Return and exchange policy

The brand is responsible for managing all product returns and replacements within 30 days of purchase. Products must be returned in unopened and unused condition to be approved. If you are a retail looking to return a product, click here.

Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless it was a shipping error on Luxury Beauty's part. Please note that we cannot offer a refund if your personal return policy is outside of the Luxury Beauty return windows.
